Delete Your ScorifyMe Account
ScorifyMe badminton tournament app
Delete in the app
- Open ScorifyMe and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password or, if you sign in without a password, with the link sent to your email.
If you own an unfinished tournament, captain an approved team, hold an approved tournament entry or umpire a live match, the app lists what to resolve first, for example handing over ownership or asking an organizer to reject your entry. You can withdraw a blocked request and keep your account.
Request deletion without the app
Email sharath.ch190@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my ScorifyMe account”. We reply to that address to confirm the request before deleting anything, tell you if anything above must be resolved first, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account; you can no longer log in with it.
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, city, club and level of play.
- Your entry in the player directory.
- Your notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Your registrations that were never approved.
What is kept
- Completed tournament history keeps its scores, results and brackets, with your name replaced by “Deleted player”.
- A technical account reference inside those records, so past results stay linked; it holds no contact details and grants no access.
- Encrypted disaster-recovery backups can hold deleted data for up to 30 days before it is gone.
Registering again creates a new, unlinked account. See the privacy policy for more details.
